Couple's Session

Our relationships can be the challenging space that helps us find even deeper growth. Working with Lena and your partner, you'll both be able to untangle old stories and habits around conflict, discovering even more connection along the way. 

These sessions are great for any partnership that feels stuck in old patterns or would like to explore new ways to connect.

Available online, these sessions are 60 minutes long and conducted over Zoom.

Upon purchase of this session, Lena will touch base to schedule a time that works best for you.

The fine print: You will receive a session reminder and Zoom link the week of your session. Sessions booked with Lena are non-refundable. They can be rescheduled or transferred to another person with advance notice. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice for the following week. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please reach out if you suspect you'll need to change your appointment time.
