Friends & Family Session

Our relationships can be the challenging space that helps us find even deeper growth. Working with Lena you'll both be able to untangle old stories and habits around conflict, discovering even more understanding and each other and yourselves, along the way. 

These sessions are great for any sort of relationship that feels stuck in old patterns or would like to explore new ways to connect and resolve conflict.
