6 Spark Session Package

Ready to spark some change in your life? 

Join a Spark Session and find a group of 10 women who are all walking a similar path to you. Facilitated by Lena, these sessions are a gentle way to support your personal growth and connect to a like minded community. You've got hard won wisdom to share and insight from others to receive. 

Lena will spark the conversation with a prompt or question and everyone will have time and space to see what bubbles up. We can learn from each other, feel validated in our experience, and share the wisdom of women. Space is limited to 10 women per session. You'll be prompted to schedule after booking and can find which weekly session fits your schedule best.

Online sessions are 60 minutes and available over Zoom.  

The fine print: You will receive a session reminder and Zoom link the week of your session. Sessions booked with Lena are non-refundable. They can be rescheduled or transferred to another person with advance notice. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice for the following week. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Please reach out if you suspect you'll need to change your appointment time.
